Nature of services

Neurogenesis Coaching provides:

Specialist neuroactive exercise
Coaching support for individuals living with neurological conditions

Services are delivered:

In your home
Outdoors
Or online (e.g. Zoom)

Initial consultation

An initial conversation may take place before starting services to understand your needs and suitability.

Health and responsibility

By engaging in services, you agree that:

You will provide accurate information about your health
You will inform your Coach of any changes to your condition
You take part in sessions voluntarily

Your Coach may recommend seeking medical advice before starting or continuing.

Cancellations

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged
Flexibility may be applied at the discretion of your Coach.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before sessions begin
Payments are due in advance of sessions or programmes unless agreed otherwise

Limitation of liability

While all reasonable care is taken:

Participation in exercise carries inherent risks
Neurogenesis Coaching is not liable for injury unless caused by negligence

Changes to services

Neurogenesis reserves the right to:

Adjust sessions where necessary for safety or suitability
Refuse or discontinue services if appropriate

Follow any medical guidance provided to you

All exercise and coaching is undertaken voluntarily and at your own pace.

If you feel unwell at any stage during exercise, you MUST STOP immediately and inform your Coach.
