This allows us to understand your starting point and develop a practical and well-paced plan that you'll enjoy. By the end , you'll have a clear way forward and the confidence to make it happen.
The Foundation sessions are structured as follows:

Ongoing neuroactive exercise sessions help you build strength, improve movement and maintain progress in a way that fits your lifestyle.
These can be arranged as standalone sessions or alongside your coaching support.

Coaching conversations give you space to think, reflect and make sense of where you are and where you want to go next.
These can be delivered online or in person depending on what works best for you
The full 6-week programme is tailored to your needs, so pricing is discussed during our initial conversation.
Session lengths vary depending on individual needs and energy levels. Making exercise fun whilst keeping you safe are really important to us.
